Summary

Spain is not all about beaches and cities. it also offers stunning and varied landscapes ranging from mountains and volcanoes to deserts and wetlands.

Spain is now the second most visited country in the world, which won’t surprise you if you know about what it has to offer. The country is full of beautiful cities, stunning nature, fascinating culture and delicious food. Every corner of Spain is unique.

So we came here for work with my friend (Aris Thanasis Rifis) and I can say that it went very well!

Below you will see photos and videos from this trip.

Why to visit this country!

Live festivities: What to see, where to go?

Spanish festivals are famous for many reasons, one of which is their ubiquity. It seems like almost every city has its own unique festival (or several) and they happen all year round. Are festivals in Spain also incredibly quirky? the famous Pamplona Bull Run and La Tomatina (the city-wide tomato fight in Bunol) are already weird and they get weirder from there. Las Fallas fills Valencia with giant statues of cultural icons and then burns them, La Tamborrada sees people beating drums in the streets of Seville for 24 hours straight, the Haro Wine Festival is a huge wine race and people line up to jump over the fires during The Arizkun Festival. Celebrating festivals is a big part of Spanish culture and seeing any of them will be a unique and unforgettable experience.

Dazzling Mediterranean beaches:

With more than 3000 beaches, Spain is the most preferred country for sun, sea and sand. It has the highest number of blue flag beaches in the world, with 621 flags in 2022. A blue flag means the beach is clean and safe.

The good climate is also one of the top reasons to visit Spain. You can have a wonderful holiday in Spain in summer or winter because the country has many climate zones.

The climate is moderately continental in the central plateau, with hot summers and cold winters. However, it has an oceanic climate in the northern coastal region with cool summers and winters. The southern coastal region has a Mediterranean climate with hot summers and mild winters.

Mediterranean cuisine:

Yes, Spanish gastronomy is one of the best in the world. And it’s not just the locals who say it. The Mediterranean diet and everything surrounding food and drink in the country makes everyone who visits fall in love with tapas, ham, paella, coquindo (typical stew) and wine. From north to south, from Calle Laurel in Logroño to a beach bar in Malaga. From east to west, from some calçots (wild fresh onions) in a cave in Tarragona to a seafood platter in Vigo’s Rías Baixas. A country full of flavors.
